An abortion can occur spontaneosuly due to complications during pregnancy or can be induced in humans. Pregnancy there are different types of abortion: it’s called a therapeutic abortion, while an introduced abortion for any other reason is called an elective abortion.
This topic has caused a lot of problems because there are people who agree with this and people who don’t agree.
Some years ago in Spain it was impossible to think that somebody wanted to have an abortion because of religion and the goverment didn’t tolerate it. So, if you were fifteen years old you had to have a child.
But if you didn’t want to have him, you could go to another country and have an abortion. In my opinion, that it’s very expensive because there’re people who couldn’t pay these money. So, it was very difficult.
On the other hand, nowadays, the mind of people change a little bit because the law change, so the girls that are 16 years old, can have an abortion without the parents consent.
But I know that it’s difficult for families to have a child, for many reasons: for their economy, for their houses, for their social lives... A child changes the lives of their parents a lot and when somebody decides to have one, they have to have clear ideas and they have to know that you can’t turn back too.
In my opinion, a baby is the most beautiful thing that can happen in the lives of people because children bring a lot of good things, but if young girls get pregnant, it’s the worts thing that could happen in their lives because everything changes: these young parents don’t have any experiance, they don’t know anything about babies and if they are 16 or 17 years old, they’re still inmature and they have to study to find a good job and to fulfill their goals.
I think abortion is acceptable to a limited extend.
ResponderEliminarIn my opinion, at the moment the law, does it like it should be: from the age of 16 a girl can abort if the "fetus" is "younger" than 3 month, without the parents consent.
Now a days there are even younger girls who get pregnant and a lot of them don't tell it their parents because they feel shame; the consequence of it is a baby or dangerous actions to produce an abortion without doctors.
I agree with your comments about Teenage Abortion. I think that if a teenage girls discovers she is pregnant and she realizes she is not ready to be a mother, she should be able to have an abortion. If they are not allowed to have an abortion what kind of life would that baby have? Perhaps more time should be given to trying to prevent teenage pregnancy- more time given to making birth control available, more information given to teenagers. But, until the teenagers become more sensible, they need to have a method to escape a big problem like an unwanted pregnancy.
