RELIGION

In this writing I want to talk about religions because I think that about 80 or 90 years ago, the religion was very important in lives of the people, because they were illiterate, so priests could manipulate them.

But nowadays, of course, the minds of the people have changed a little bit, so they don’t believe in God, but there are people who continue to believe.

For example, on the one hand, muslims have a very strong relation with their religious believes because they pray a lot during the day, they respect their religion, their God and there is nothing more important than their religion.

On the other hand, there are, in my opinion, three groups of cristians: one group are people who don’t believe in anything, maybe because they have had some bad experiances, so they’re aganist religion or simply, they don’t believe in anything.

The second group are people who belive in God, but they don’t believe in priests. Normally, they don’t go to mass but simply, they believe in something.

On the last group, there are people who believe in God, in priest and in church too.

In my opinion, I think that religion is something that you can or can’t believe in. To tell the truth, I don’t believe in religion. Maybe I could imagine that there is something, a thing, that can control our lives a little, so I can’t see any God, or any man who can do miracles.

Before, religion had a lot of power because the church had money and the priests and Pope could take part in the political life.

For me, this is a mistake. Religion is religion, it shouldn’t come between the goverment because there are politicians to do this work.

In conclusion, I respect people who believe in God and their customs, but I don’t agree that religion can control our lifes.
